WHY RENEW OR JOIN COLONIES HOUSE?

• Pool Access: Cool off and unwind in our swimming pool – perfect for relaxing or family fun during the hot months. 
  New expanded hours: Lifeguard hours will begin May 25.
  Tu-W-Th: 5 pm -9 pm; F-Sa-Su: 2 pm to 10 pm.
  FOB hours begin soon (TBA),
  T-W-Th-F-Sa-Su: 7 am to 10 pm.

• Tennis Courts: Improve your game and play with friends. Lights have been repaired; therefore, night hours for playing are available until up to 10 pm in the evenings.

• Banquet Hall: Our banquet hall is available with a member-exclusive discount, offering a great space for gatherings, parties, and celebrations.

• Exclusive Community Events: Enjoy a variety of events throughout the year, designed to bring together community members for socializing, networking, and family fun.
  

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

• Member Pool Parties: Members only can reserve space poolside for up to 25 guests. (additional fees will be applied for additional lifeguard coverage).  For information, click here.

• Hall Discounts:  Members receive a discount  on venue bookings for private events in our banquet hall. Contact our hall manager by completing the form here.

• Swim Team Discounts:  Members receive $50 discount on registrations for our Dolphin Swim Team, children ages. Registration will begin in April. For information, click here.
