Member Pool Parties

At this time, only members in good standing can schedule pool parties during lifeguard hours, while other members are present. Party size is limited to 25 guests and 3 hours.

This $50 Reservation Fee will secure the date, lifeguard(s), and tables.

Additional Fees due at the end of the party:

  • $20/hr. for additional lifeguard(s)

  • $10 guest fee for each non-member, regardless of swimming status

CANCELLATION: If Colonies House cancels this reservation for any reason, Colonies House agrees to refund any paid Fees in full. If the renting party cancels the reservation for any reason, any paid Fees shall be forfeited.
